“Bronze Claw Iso is an EP powered by smog-stained mechanisms and shrivelled mollusc remains. I made it while working shifts as a crane operator as a side job. I was having a miserable time in a new city and beefing with about 15 different local producers involved in a subgenre dubbed ‘Crane⊷Musik’. Around dusk, I would hop the construction site fence, sneaking inside the vehicles to siphon charge for my computer and make angst-ridden new tunes. As the EP took shape, I began to suspect my crane operator job was entirely fake — and that the equipment was driven by an obscenely foul, hidden power source.”
